Who are we

1104 became alive in december 2020 to honor my father, the late Gunnar Myrdal, a great heart surgeon that dedicated his life to save others after he lost his short but hard battle with cancer. His birthday was the 11th of April.

1104 by MAR redefines jewelry by going beyond traditional gender roles, celebrating the individual over gender. My vision was to create a world where everyone wearing 1104 by MAR would feel empowered and embraces their authentic self.
